- Use the service in a way that could damage, overload or impair its operation
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Account and access
Itinerably does not currently require account registration. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. AI-Generated Content
The itineraries and travel information provided by Itinerably are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are intended for general inspiration and planning purposes only.
Important disclaimer: Itinerably makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, accuracy or current validity of any destination information, safety assessments, accommodation recommendations, opening hours, prices or travel advice generated by the service.
Travel conditions, safety situations, visa requirements, entry requirements, opening hours, prices and health guidance change frequently and without notice. You must always verify information independently before making any travel decisions or bookings.
Itinerably is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, injury or expense arising from reliance on AI-generated content. We strongly recommend consulting official government travel advisories, airline and accommodation providers, and relevant health authorities before travelling.
4. PDF Downloads and Payments
Free destination guide PDFs
Itinerably's free destination guides are available as free PDF downloads. To download a guide, you are asked to provide your email address. By submitting your email you agree to receive occasional travel planning updates from Itinerably. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Delivery
Paid PDF downloads are delivered digitally on the confirmation page immediately following successful payment. You are responsible for downloading and saving your PDF at that time.
5. Intellectual Property
The Itinerably name, logo, website design, curated guide content, and all original written material are the property of Itinerably and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
AI-generated itinerary content created in response to your specific inputs is provided for your personal use. You may print or save this content for your own travel planning but may not reproduce or distribute it commercially.
Itinerably's AI outputs are generated using third-party AI services. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content beyond the context of our service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Itinerably and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the service
- Reliance on any AI-generated content, itineraries or travel recommendations
- Any travel decisions, bookings or actions taken based on information from the service
- Technical failures, service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
